The Cranberries arrived to the airport in Santiago, Chile at 6:30 hrs on Sunday, January 26th, a group of fans had the chance to take some pictures and get autographs.

Later on they gave a press conference in the Sheraton Hotel, Noel uploaded a video to his profile at the Official Community with a part of what happened there.

Chilevisión broadcasted a couple of videos from that conference.

La Tercera published an article with information about what happened in the press conference.

Las Ultimas Noticias also published part of the conference.

Cooperativa announced that the band did soundcheck on Monday.

Even though Metallica and Joaquin Sabina played live the same day that The Cranberries did, around 14,000 people went to see the irish band at the Movistar Arena!
Access to the venue was at 19:30 hrs, at the side of the main access there was a set of Via X where the hosts Veronica Calabis and Humberto Sichel were live broadcasting. Before the show started, the big screens inside the venue showed what was happening outside the Movistar Arena with a girl doing interviews to the people around. Also, they showed simultaneously the special program on TV that included an interview with Dolores.

Before Ridiculous Thoughts almost finished there was a power outage and some lights went off just like the screens, the sound was also gone, the only thing that the audience were able to listen to were Fergal's.
After around 10 mins., Don came to the stage to fix the problem and the concert continued. The setlist originally included Lunatic & Empty but these songs weren't performed so the concert could finish early and people in the Movistar Arena wouldn't crash with the audience from Metallica.

DG Medios has posted the following messages on Twitter:
